1 Year term, can pause up to 3 months, can cancel after 90 days

Must select one stylists (can accomodate if they are unavailable only)

does not include gratuity.  Cancel appointment within 24 hrs or $20 cancel/late fee.  Suggested pre booking or calling in ASAP.  Non transferable, no refunds, no cash value, no returns.  The Dapper- 1 full service haircut, trims do not include shampoo.  Beauty Junkie- 1 time Amika product, 1 time friend blow out.  Inner Circle- Quarterly head-shots, different friend each time for free blow out can only use once.  Free blow outs & headshots for friends expire in 60 days.  Receive punch card each month to keep track.  Fort worth location only, special request Dallas.  First charge starts on day of sign up.
